Who processes your data?
These review pages are provided by Digize (digize.be) on behalf of the business whose card you used. The business is responsible for your feedback; Digize processes it on their behalf.
What data?
Feedback form: your rating, your message and the contact details you enter (name, phone, email). Card request form: your name, business details, contact and shipping details. We also count page visits and clicks anonymously (no cookies or personal data).
What for?
To pass your feedback to the owner so they can contact you, and to ship requested cards. Digize only contacts you about its service if you gave consent.
How long?
Feedback is kept while the business is a Digize customer, for at most 2 years. Card requests for at most 1 year if no collaboration follows.
Your rights
You can always access, correct or delete your data. Email mansur@digize.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
